Very atmospheric good place to go enjoy
Great place to relax. Everyone enjoys the sun, fresh air, and minds their business. Joggers, bike riders, and older folks are getting in their steps. A few enjoy a few adult beverages at the end of their work day.
I went here with my girlfriend to check it out and like all things there were good and bad. The water was dirty but the view was great. This place is not wheelchair accessible. There is no public restroom here of any kind. It was peaceful for the most part.
I love the water, so when I’m down, I can come here and sit and just relax and enjoy the scenery. The parking can be crazy but it’s really worth it. You can walk the trail, exercise, enjoy the scenery and just be. Only issue for me is once I need a bathroom, it’s time to leave. Other than that very nice place to visit.
Newark Riverfront Park Boat Dock is the starting point for the Newark River Revival boat tours. The dock is a public dock and many make use of the facilities for their own boating groups.
