Ben did an incredible job transforming our old, stuffy bedrooms by opening up the ceiling walls and creating beautiful cathedral ceilings. The difference is unbelievable and the entire space feels brighter, more open, and completely renewed.

Ben and Pablo did an amazing job transforming our garage into a home gym, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What started as a plain, unfinished space is now one of our favorite parts of the house. He handled everything with incredible attention to detail - from the custom wood walls and ceilings, attic conversion with new white oak stairs, full length floor to ceiling mirrors, new windows and HVAC installation, flooring, LED lighting, as well as the layout and finishing touches.

My fiance and I originally chose Ben because of his great reviews, in particular one review that pointed out his rare combination of reasonable prices with top notch quality and professionalism - and Ben truly lives up to his reputation. We would 100% recommend Nico Home Improvement to anyone planning on renovating a bathroom, or any other room in the house. Ben and Pablo and the rest of the team have a super work ethic that makes them always strive to do the best job possible. We gave them quite a complex task to fulfill with many out of the box details that would have thrown some of the other contractors I have recently worked with. But they rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations. As is usual in any major bathroom renovation, unexpected problems will crop up, but Ben helped me find solutions when design ideas did not match the practicality of plumbing, construction or electrical work, and he has ended up being more like a friend than a contractor. He has a wonderful personality that is friendly, respectful and communicative. As you can see from the photos, this project came out really well, and we will not hesitate to call on Nico when we need more work done in the future.

Excellent, hands on contractor who was at the sight himself everyday supervising all the details. Ben is a very knowledgeable engineer himself and has great taste. I totally recomment Nico for your renovations without any hesitation.
Ben at Nico Home improvement renovated our home in Wyckoff, including two bathrooms, removing walls, recess lighting, painting and flooring and installing chandeliers. He did a wonderful job within the time promised and within the budget he gave us. He isn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but with Ben there are no hidden fees.
Ben has also been renovating and managing all my rental properties. He has such great taste that I let him renovate my rental apartment's bathroom at his own taste.
