We recently had to convert all our important outlets to GFCI and fix/replace
some of our wiring on the siding outside for safety reasons. We called Ken as he was recommended by the previous home owner. We are very glad we decided to use him based on the recommendation as Ken is very professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He clearly communicated all the issues he felt were urgent to be fixed and provided reasonable estimates for fixing them. If something ended up being different from his initial estimate, he would communicate clearly and promptly on what has changed from his initial estimate. He does high quality work and is very detail-oriented. For any future needed fixes, we will not hesitate to call him again.
