John has drastically helped my neck pain. I went to multiple physical therapists, doctors, chiropractors, I did everything, for 2 years, and nothing worked. Dry needling has almost completely taken my pain away and I am able to stretch and work out and am on the path to recovery. He has also taught me the right way to do certain exercises so that I’m not straining my neck. They are highly knowledgeable about neck and Tmj. Could not recommend them more and am very grateful I found John.

Carol is absolutely amazing. Just a little bit of background, I have been suffering with pain in my jaw, neck, shoulders, and back for several months. Before finding Carol, I spent countless hours in other PT, acupuncture, trigger point injections with little to no progress. Carol truly cared about getting me out of pain, she found the root cause which no one else has been able to do. Since coming to her, my headaches and jaw pain are completely gone, and my overall pain has dramatically decreased. I know I will get to a point of no pain when continuing to follow her guidance. John is also amazing and I’ve felt immediate relief with his dry needling technique. I’m so happy my dentist recommended this office.

Carol, John and their team changed my life! I was referred to Carol by my dentist because of my sever tongue tie that was the cause of my sleep deprivation. Carol taught me about the effect it had on my body, and the myofunctional therapy I did with her and John made my tongue release extremely successful. Now I feel like a new person! I have mental clarity, energy, my fatigue and ADD symptoms are gone, and I'm not struggling to stay awake anymore! My TMJ pain is almost completely gone too! Carol and John were with me for every step of this journey, and I will always be grateful to them and the incredible team at North Jersey Physical Therapy for changing my life. They are a life saver!

Absolutely incredible. I have had chronically tight neck and shoulders practically my entire life, managing it with massage, chiropractic care, and exercise. Recently I had some numbness in my forearm/hand and my perceptive nurse practitioner recommended I see Carol. Within my first session, Carol was able to find the root cause of my issues, and it’s because I’m tongue-tied! She gave me exercises to do and I immediately started to see some improvement. I’m so thankful to finally have something that will be able to fix the source of the problem instead of always just chasing the symptoms. Thank you Carol!

I went to North Jersey Physical Therapy for help with pain in my groin and hip. I had been to 2 other PT centers over the last few years. This was by far the best experience I have had.
From my initial evaluation with Carol through my weeks of treatment with Adam, the care, attention to detail and the concerned follow- up were extraordinary. Adam is a skilled, sensitive and extremely knowledgeable therapist who worked with me to achieve a remarkable improvement in my symptoms. I now have neatly complete function and virtually no pain!!!
