Navigating the options for the perfect stair runner for our home was becoming a full time project until we found The Stair Runner Store. Not only did they have a great selection but Eileen was incredibly helpful when it came to getting the right measurements and chosing the right runner within our budget. When the runner arrived it was cut to size including the landing turn. We are thrilled with how this all came out. I found the perfect runner at a great price. I used the Stair Runner Store website directions to measure my stairs and estimate the number of feet of carpet needed. I placed my order and immediately received an email follow up and tracking. My runner was in stock and arrived well-wrapped within a few days. A very easy process.
We took up the old wall to wall carpet in our hall and stair and wanted to replace with runners. Our stair has two 90 degree landings and I had no idea how to make a runner work, Luckily found the Stair Runner Store that showed our landings. John and Eileen are a great team; they create custom runners that are based on our stair dimensions. Eileen called as soon as we placed the order and walked us through the process, sent links for recommended tools and to John's installation videos. The runners arrived early and everything was included - runners, pads and instructions. I was able to complete the install in a weekend. Very high quality rugs and over the top service.
