Vaughn and Frank did an excellent job installing new James Hardie siding and gutters on my house. They were a pleasure to work with, professional, communicative, and reliable. The project was completed on time as planned, and they were always available to take my calls. When something wasn’t right, they came back and fixed it right away. They even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra details. I truly enjoyed working with both of them and their team. If you’re getting multiple quotes, I recommend meeting with Vaughn last. Save the best for last.

I had Northkit roofing install all new windows and doors on my recently purchased home in Morristown. I can’t say enough great things about this company. From start to finish, they were so efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Overall, very impressed with Northkit in the product, the service, the timeline / turnaround, and even the pricing. Vaughan came out for the consultation and was really informative explaining the product and process and all that, but just be prepared they want you to sign the contract THEN AND THERE (in order to get a special price)... We weren't happy with the initial price but he talked to his boss and got back to us within moments with a price that was more in line with our expectations, so we went ahead and signed. Honestly, I hate being pressured but it was nice to not have to mull it over and talk to a million companies. But just a heads up - if you do want to get multiple quotes, get them before Northkit so you can make your decision immediately. They offered us financing with no fees if you pay it off before 24 months, so that was another huge bonus!

The project manager called the next day to confirm and schedule the new roof and shutters, I wasn't ready for a few weeks and they didn't mind waiting, they just had a 1 week turnaround time to order supplies. When I was finally ready with my color choices, everything went really smoothly! It was LOUD but I stayed home and worked through the noise, no problem, we also had another construction crew on site, and we have kids who were coming and going, but Northkit crew was very courteous to stop work to let us in and out, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Did the roof in 1 day, and gutters the next day, then done!

It looks great, and we've had a few big showers since, no leaks so I'm feeling good!! Frank and Alex were very prompt in answering any of my questions that popped up before, during, and after the work. In this day and age there are so many roofing companies, some of them being pretty shady or worse, so I feel glad we found Northkit and do recommend them!! I'm excited for the supposedly better attic ventilation system they have, and the ice dam prevention system (I'll have to update my review after this coming winter to say how it did!!)

I couldn’t be happier with the work Northkit did on my home! They replaced my entire roof using the best grade shingles, and the quality really shows. They also went above and beyond by installing metal on my roof turret and dormers, which looks incredible and adds such a unique touch. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt like they cared about getting every detail right. Alex was on site every day to answer any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with.
