Oberg & Lindquist

Great experience here at Oberg and Lindquist. I went out of my way to purchase a new wall oven there. It was for my 90 + year old neighbor, who always believed in supporting small businesses. I thought I'd have to pick it up, but to my surprise they said that they would deliver it him. I didn't ask for it to be installed, because I knew that there would be a few issues with the opening size in the cabinet and I would deal with this when the new oven arrived. The delivery crew were absolutely awesome, they carried the new oven in my neighbors house for us. I was just expecting a driveway delivery.

I was shopping for a Dishwasher snd had gone to Home Depot and Lowe's. The prices for both places were not bad. But i would have to pay extra for delivery, installation, as well as the plumbing. I found Odberg & Lindquist and I went in on a whim. Needless to say I purchased my dishwasher from them, and the extra fee I had to pay included, delivery, installation, and plumbing. I found my place.

I had a completely disappointing experience with Oberg. I purchased a dishwasher last week and paid for the full service of having my old dishwasher removed. After removing my old dishwasher and loading it onto their truck, they revealed to me that they couldn't install my new dishwasher because it was severely damaged. Dings all over, wouldn't close - it looked like it fell off a truck. Why this wasn't inspected prior to removing my old dishwasher, I will never know.

When I asked to have my old dishwasher put back, they said they couldn't because of liability. This resulted in a "we're sorry" and left me with no dishwasher and a hole in my kitchen wall with exposed wiring for over 2 days. Completely unacceptable and I didn't feel valued whatsoever. I'll never return and I advise others to make sure their delivered product is functional before allowing them to remove your functioning appliance.

The only reason my review is a 2 instead of a 1 is because our salesperson Scott was very helpful when my wife and I purchased the dishwasher.

If you want to work with the experts, you call Oberg & Lindquist! Top quality appliances, delivered fast, installed perfectly and priced right! Wouldn't go anywhere else and am so in love with my updated kitchen, thanks to Oberg & Lindquist. Shout out to Michelle who is always responsive, knowledgeable and a dream to work with...loving my latest upgrade: Café series range!!
