This was by far the best leasing experience I ever had. Dan was awesome - he answered every question and was instantaneously reachable throughout the process. He got me a car with a better config than my previous lease for a significantly better price. Moreover, he got me exactly the color/interior combination that I asked for. Most importantly, he never went back on his word. The car was delivered to my home and the car from the previous lease was picked up and delivered back to Volvo - all exactly as scheduled and with no hassle.
