I had the pleasure of meeting Glenn via a benign social media inquiry. Glenn was extremely accommodating but not pushy. He quickly answered all of my questions and concerns. Before I knew it, he gave me a full tour of the inventory. Removing cover after cover and never complained. Once I found what I was looking for, the process with Glenn and Kevin, was painless.
