Oink and Moo BBQ

That food first of all I ordered some smoked wings have barbecue have chipotle honey amazing and I also purchased burnt end beans amazing I was only driving past. I don’t live in the area but if you do go there fast, they have good food again that area don’t deserve that organization. Great place to go.

I wanted to try this place & I’m glad it did! You smell the sauce when you get near it!
The decor was nice and the front service was great. The chef walked around to get an assessment and to check in to see how everyone was(nice service).
The brisket was juicy with just enough top sauce to complement the meat. The coleslaw was amazing along with the pickle peppers! The cucumber were very refreshing to clean your palate. In closing, I’m not a cornbread person but surprisingly it was great with the jalapeño/corn mixture ❤️

I am so excited I decided to try this place! I got the brisket chilli which was good but, lacking beans. It was like brisket soup. I also got the pulled bbq chicken platter and while the chicken was really good! The cornbread was super dry and the Mac and cheese was not what I imagined, very creamy with little to no flavor. I had to add salt and pepper. The portion sizes were great!

Best BBQ around hands down! And the service was absolutely amazing!!! The owner came to our table and introduced himself to us personally to check to see if we were enjoying the food which of course we were. I’m from down south (Florida) so I didn’t think I’d find any great BBQ around but to my surprise it checked all my boxes, seasoned very well, tender meat, very flavorful everything, and customer service too amazing!!!! If I didn’t have to go home back to Florida this would be my go to almost daily!!!! Go see them asap!!!!

The sandwiches where good they had a great blend of smoked barbecue taste. The menu is a little on the short side. I would hope they add better side options. The plant base option sandwich was extra spicy a bit unbalanced with the flavor. I couldn’t enjoy it, but if you like extra spicy food that would be your choice. Besides that it was a good choice for a nice bbq lunch.
