Scenic and historic. Good music with services.

Historic old church but the harsh LED fluorescent lighting in the church ruins the ambience of it inside. Dimmers or much mellow lighting would be an improvement.

I discovered recently my great grandparents were the homeowners of Perrine farm, a focal point for general George Washington and the Continental army in the battle of Monmouth.
I visited the grounds and with the help of Ed Burke, able to locate my great grandparents burial plots. I was also able to attend a Sunday service at this beautiful church with one of my children.
The church and grounds are amazing. Ed was kind and generous with his time. He honors those buried on the grounds.
Also a thank you to Cathy, who works at the church. She was very helpful as well. 5 stars to this beautiful treasure and 5 stars to those kind souls overseeing it. 🙏

A huge shout out to Ed, church groundskeeper. You are the best. Thanks always for your kindness. Old Tennant Church is beautiful and welcoming. I went there in 1965 the first time with my Future husband. 🙏🏼
