Om Mamas Doulas

There are not enough positive things to say about Om Mamas Doulas! My husband and I researched different doula services early on in our pregnancy. With this being our first baby, and my husband set to deploy a month before my due date, the idea of having a professional on our side to advocate for our beliefs was very important! Within minutes of talking to Hollie and Chrissy, we knew Om Mamas was the one for us! Both ladies were there for questions and curiosities from the moment we hired them and it was always nice to get a quick response instead of waiting for doctor offices to return phone calls. The amount of resources and advice they both gave was so extremely helpful as well as assistance with finalizing our birth plan during our 2 prenatal visits. They were there every step of the way and Chrissy was present at my delivery. She spent over 12 hours right by my side and even though my birth plan changed numerous times over that day and the days leading up to it 😂, Chrissy was behind me 1000%! She talked me through my situation and was a huge support as I worked through my labor. I will for sure be hiring Om Mamas in the future and will recommend them to any parents who have the privilege of hiring doulas! Love you ladies!

I can’t thank Lauren and her team enough for their incredible support throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experience. We were paired with Bre for the birth, and thanks to her warmth, guidance, and steady presence, I had the birth I truly hoped for. Her support during such vulnerable moments meant everything to me. Choosing a doula was one of the best decisions we made, and I would absolutely do it again. Thank you for being such a vital support system for women navigating the transition into motherhood.

Where do I even begin? From the first day meeting my doulas Chrissy & Kelley from Om Mamas, I knew I would love my experience with them, but I could never have imagined how impactful and transformative they would be throughout my whole pregnancy and especially the birth of my first son. They were always available for any and all questions/support during my pregnancy which gave me so much peace of mind. They encouraged me, educated me, and made sure that I had the best experience possible. I tell everyone that I truly could not have gotten through my birth the way I did without Chrissy there by my side. She not only encouraged me to keep going, but she ensured my husband was involved in the whole process, which made the experience that much more special and memorable. She also just made me feel so at ease and comfortable around her, it was like having a lifelong best friend in the room with me. I tell everyone I know that having a doula (especially the ones from Om Mamas) is a NECESSITY! I could not have been happier with my experience and I so look forward to having them by my side for my next baby!

Hiring OM Mamas Doulas and having Elizabeth as my doula throughout my pregnancy, delivery and post partum was probably one of the best decisions I ever could have made. I’m not sure that words will ever suffice! The owners of OM Mamas were very easy to communicate with and quick to get back to me throughout the whole process. My doula, Elizabeth was an absolute god send and I couldn’t have done it all without her. Throughout my pregnancy she was just a quick phone call or text away. She always helped me navigate the fears, anxiety and questions I had about birth. Our prenatal visits were amazing and I never wanted her to leave! She helped my husband and I prepare to my fullest extent and having her support made us feel so much more at ease. Elizabeth is a book of knowledge and has so much experience. I had full trust in her and that’s what made us such a great team. Elizabeth was supportive and motivating throughout the entire process. She knew what I wanted and helped me achieve that. I was able to have the unmedicated birth that I always dreamed of and I owe that all to her! I couldn’t have pictured my labor & delivery any other way. Elizabeth always checked in on me post partum and guided me through everything I was experiencing. She continues to be a great resource and is someone I now consider a friend. We are forever grateful for Elizabeth’s guidance and support and all she did to help bring our baby boy earth side.

I couldn’t have asked for a better doula experience, especially as a first time mom. Working with Chrissy and Kelley throughout this pregnancy and birthing journey was an amazing experience and gave my husband and I such peace of mind knowing we had the support and guidance of two experienced and compassionate professionals. Chrissy and Kelley were there to answer all of our questions and offer tangible steps in preparing for labor. Kelley went above and beyond throughout the entire labor and delivery process, helping to bring our beautiful daughter into the world.
