So to start out the chick that did my X-rays was rude & unprofessional. 🤮 Dr Petrano is all right I guess, kind of hard to say since he only spent about 5 minutes with me. I was prescribed a boot that caused severe pain in my hip, foot and knee. It made my sciatica flareup as well SO along with my reason for appointment (ruptured Achilles tendon) OUCH I’m in constant pain. I finally couldn’t take it and called about five days after my appointment in tears and the girl on the phone told me she was writing a message to the doctor and someone would get back to me. That was Friday today is Tuesday and heard nothing. SMH
Great Doctor and staff
I could not believe how nice everyone was at this office. That is very hard to find these days, but everyone here had a smile on their face and really seemed to enjoy what they do and eachother.
The nurses, front desk and especially Dr. Petranto and Dr. Lubin couldn't have been nicer.
I was put at ease right away.
I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone. I was not pressured, all my questions were answered and even a few I didn't know to ask were answered.
