I lived at Overlook for five years, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. It’s a very comfortable and well-maintained community, and the staff have always been extremely kind and helpful.
I especially want to thank Elizabeth. She helped me a lot when I first moved in, and she was just as supportive and professional during my move-out process. What really touched me was that she still remembered me after five years. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made a big difference.
I am moving out now because I purchased a home, but I would absolutely recommend Overlook to my friends and anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you for the great memories over the years! XiuPiao
Ms. Cathy was amazing. She was so detailed and informative over the phone and in person. She made me feel comfortable in knowing all the pricing (no surprises) and all the amenities. She didn't rush me or pry into my personal business like some places do. She was professional well the entire office was professional and courteous and was a great experience as apartment hunting is already exhausting by itself especially when seeking an affordable home with a dog. They are definitely in my top two choices to move to soon. Thanks so much for destressing the apartment hunt and proving options that I can make an educated decision on.
