Parc at Roxbury Apartment Homes

It’s very disappointing the lack of care of tenant concerns. We moved in last year and our balcony door didn’t work. We immediately asked for repair and all they did was show us a “hack” for closing the door. We’ve sent emails and there’s no response. They also have this rule that we can’t go to the office so it’s unclear how we can even get anything resolved. It’s frustrating because I’d love to be able to open our sliding door and have it close properly but we can’t. Honestly, I like the apartment, but the fact the management office doesn’t allow us to bring up concerns and have them actually respond is upsetting, and makes me not want to stay after lease is up.

My wife and I have lived at Parc at Roxbury for almost 4 years. It is not only a great place to live, but the maintenance inside and outside the buildings is thorough, efficient, and timely. I especially would like to compliment John and Anthony for the professional, friendly, and timely action that they have taken on all maintenance issues involving our apartment. We only have to write an email with our maintenance need, and they are quickly on it. Also, the status of our maintenance request is reported back to us. The Residents of Parc at Roxbury and Ion Managment are lucky to have this maintenance team serving us all.

Lived here for 1 year. Maintenance, staff, amenities, size, style, and comfort were all excellent. Only downside was location. Very quiet neighborhood with quick access to walking trails, but far from a full service train station and very little to do outside of live/work. Some things to know before moving here that might not be clear: there is valet trash (they come to your door to take your garbage), parking for guests is free and plentiful, there are spaces throughout community for WFH and social events. There is a children’s playground and two dog runs. Overall great community but the location was not optimal.
