Pat has been such an incredible support to me and my family through our challenging times. Conversations with Pat are very easy and she provides a non judgmental/safe space. Over time I have been able to have my sessions with her remotely over phone so it offers alot more flexibility with the same quality as an in person therapy session. She genuinely cares for your betterment, and helped me navigate a challenging time of life. Highly recommend Pat!

She is patient and helped me to understand myself better while giving me tools and insights to help me become a better version of myself. She has gotten me through some of my toughest times.
