I am pleased with the professional, friendly services from the two men who delivered and assembled my patio furniture. In the window of two hours, from 12-2, they arrived at 1. They are experienced and finished in 30 minutes, assembling a dining table, six chairs and umbrella and stand showed me how to tilt the umbrella, left with a smile and good wishes to enjoy using it. After confirming that items were in stock and placing a deposit, the store called the next day to say that there had been a mistake and not all of the items were available.
Edwin went above and beyond to rectify the above miscommunication. He was so apologetic, kind and professional. Most importantly- he helped me to get a full set of Polywood chairs at a great price and loaded them carefully for me.
Will absolutely be shopping here again and will be sending anyone looking for an extensive selection and knowledgeable, thoughtful staff.
