RH Outlet Princeton

There was a damp smell throughout the store and staff was unwelcoming / uninterested in helping. There was 7 staff workers and myself plus 1 other customer when I visited.

Otherwise good selection of second hand items with decent pricing for what it is.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I have no clue why some people here have given this outlet negative reviews - They are wrong!!! The staff here is amazing. Shelly, Summer, Jonathan, and Lisa all helped me. Any one of them are so helpful and kind. They helped me furnish my entire house. I liked them so much that I also furnished my entire vacation condo with Lisa’s help and Jonathan’s help too. The furniture is so beautiful with great selection. It is an outlet so yes some pieces have minor damage but the price is adjusted so it is fair.

This outlet is incredible and a must visit if you’re trying moving to a new place or upgrading some pieces. The prices are great and the showroom is very large with a ton of different options for each type of furniture. But the best thing about the Princeton location is that the staff is so lovely. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been great, but Lisa, Summer, and Shelly in particular were so helpful. I needed advice on which pieces I should get to design my room and they were so honest and proactive with what worked or did not work.

I recently visited the RH Outlet in Princeton, NJ, and had a great experience overall. The store is beautifully laid out, and the selection of high-quality furniture and décor pieces is impressive. It’s a treasure trove if you’re looking for timeless, elegant designs at discounted prices.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance without being overbearing. However, since it’s an outlet, some items might have minor imperfections, so it’s important to inspect thoroughly before purchasing.

The only reason for four stars instead of five is the limited stock on certain pieces and sizes, which is understandable given the nature of an outlet. Still, if you’re patient and flexible, you can find fantastic deals on RH’s iconic designs. I’ll definitely be back to see what new treasures come in!

I am a extremely picky/ indecisive customer, but LIZ of this specific RH OUTLET was extremely helpful. My first visit Liz took me right to the cloud couch and was able to tell me everything in detail about the fill and style. I also moved all of the furniture around the store multiple times and she was ok with that even assisting me in the re decorating of her showroom to fit me needs. I then went back later in the evening and Chuck was extremely kind and also was able to show my parents the couch I was purchasing. Liz and Chuck both were a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING with Liz and Chuck. I’m not being paid by RH or anyone to write this review, just really hyped on the customer service from this location
