I don't usually like seeing the eye doctor, but today's visit was different. I hope I've got his name correct Paul who assisted the doctor made my visit feel welcoming, and comfortable. I really appreciate his over the top concern about my vision and experience during my visit. Thanks again

Dr. Patricia Cucci is an outstanding ophthalmologist. I have been seeing her for several years. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and need to be proactive with my eye care. Dr. Cucci is very warm, kind, understanding and personable. I have been given the best treatment from her. I am grateful to have Dr. Cucci treat my vision.

Just know this was the most professional treatment I received in such a long time, since Dr. Glatt, the staff friendly, smiles from good morning to good bye. Dr. C. Took her time to explain things to me following my examination, not rushing, and the best part the elimination of Dilating the eyes, yessss
New machine, and it shows your eyeballs, inside. Please try this new dr, give her a chance.

My mom had a procedure done today and we where so worried about it, we'll I have to say it was not as bad as we thought and the staff was amazing and caring and Dr. Cucci is an awesome amazing doctor. She explained everything to us and was very patient with my mom, I would recommend Hackensack Eye Center to anyone in need.

When I got there they told us they were down a doctor and that it would be a "long" wait. 2.5 hours later we finally got the ball rolling for the checks before seeing the doctor. In total we were there for almost 4 hours. You'd think if they're down a doctor they would maybe call patients for the day and see if any would want to reschedule as to ease the burden on the present doctors.

In addition to that - we saw Dr. Cucci who was nice and whatnot, but after all that waiting she had basically said she wouldn't be willing to do cataract surgery for my mother since it was a little too advanced. Totally fine except she also told me she'd present the case to the other doctors she works with in Hackensack and get back to me. Never got back to me, a month later I had to call and ask her myself what the next steps are. Now we are scheduled for another consult another month later so this whole process has taken 3 months as it is.

Overall, the desk staff is nice.
