We had an amazing experience at Paulo’s! The food was delicious and full of authentic Brazilian flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Our server, João, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!
I visited this amazing Brazilian restaurant and was blown away! The place is beautiful, cozy, and full of great energy, the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious lunch/dinner. The barbecue was outstanding, with top-quality cuts of meat cooked to perfection, and the shrimp was simply divine!
The service was exceptional in special to Matheus, João, and Ricardo who were amazing, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back.
I flew back to NJ and really want to go here and eat me and my husband would go here all the time when we lived here we loved Paulo and his family so as much as we want things to stay the same they don't its been 6 years and Paulo sold the place and moved to Flemington anyway. The food was ok they kept something but got rid of some of our favorites the bartender Joe was wonderful and the Manager so nice he came out and thanked us for coming in.
This has been one of the best Rodizio spots in NJ. The meat the they came out here was amazing. Most of it comes out medium rare but they can come back for medium well (and maybe more). The piccanha is the best that have out of all of them. We also went here for a birthday and the staff took care of us. I definitely would come back here in the near Future.

I had the Rodizio at Paulo’s Brazilian BBQ and it was excellent! The meats were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and kept coming. The sangria was also delicious and paired really well with the meal. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and definitely worth the drive from the Bridgewater/Somerville area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Brazilian BBQ experience!
