We did not have a great experience with this company.
Once they brought used parts for a kitchen sink repair. And once they reversed the toilet flush handle during a toilet repair. They were hard to reach and they were no bargain on pricing.
We stopped using them after two experiences.
This man is honest and very and i mean very kind. he knows his craft and is a neat freak as well. Awesome with old boilers and radiators.
My family has been using Penk Plumbing & Heating for years, and they have always been professional and reliable. I just recently had a gas leak repaired, and as always, Tim did the job quickly, thoroughly and at a fair price. I recommend Penk without reservation.
Chris Penk is a master plumber, super reliable and a very nice guy to boot! I had a very major plumbing job needed for my house and Chris was highly recommended.
