Good businesses turn mistakes around - and Brian went above and beyond to help my issue! I had a one of a kind wrestling belt that got engraved every year with the new Fantasy Football 🏈🏆 winner. The initial engraving was really bad to be honest… When Brian and their team saw the finish result, Brian would not let me pay and spent weeks finding the perfect replacement part for the belt. He somehow found this rare replacement piece, engraved the whole plate beautifully and was in communication with me every step of the way. I can’t speak more highly of the customer service that I received from Brian and the team. It’s rare to feel cared for as a customer these days, and it was both refreshing and relieving to see the final result. This was supposed to be a one-star rating and Performance turned it around to a 10-star rating. I’m wildly impressed and can’t speak more highly of their commitment to fixing mistakes. Thanks again Brian. I’ll be back to engrave my name on the belt when I win my fantasy league again this year🏈🏆. -Corey

We came to Performance Trophies & Medals because we needed a plaque to honor our boxing gym. We were greeted and assisted by Rachel. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. She helped up choose the sizing, material, and design. The turnaround time was faster than expected and the plaque was exactly what we had hoped.
