Physique lab is a new gym in Medford that offers services other than just gym equipment. The environment is fun and Adam is a great personal trainer that’s always available and helpful with nutritional training as well💪 I was never a gym person but I have found a home. Life changer for the best👌Give it a try!
I was honestly nervous about returning to a gym after many years of simply walking or doing yoga on my own. Adam was very welcoming and eased my fears about injury. He is extremely attentive to proper form and carefully scales every workout to my current ability, making me feel confident and safe. The atmosphere is bright, motivating, and spotless!
