Point Pleasant Towing

This company came out on a AAA call for me. The AAA agent gave the wrong address but the driver called me and we got it straight. He was pleasant, courteous to me and other drivers, he was quick, efficient, and friendly. And he was SAFE. The station I had my car towed to has an odd lot and they were busy. He took the time to check where they wanted my vehicle (a full size SUV) and when two other drivers impeded his ability to unload it, he waited until it was all clear. Thank you very much. I wish I had gotten the driver’s name, but I didn’t. Also, the inside of the tow truck was clean!

Couldn't have been an easier or more pleasant experience. First tow company sent from AAA couldn't find the corolla in a parking lot of about 10 cars (note: If you can't pick out the Corolla in a parking lot of cars, I don't want you hooking my car up to a tow truck in the first place, but I digress). AAA placed the call to PP Towing and, literally, within 10 minutes, I was aware that the driver was on his way and had an ETA. I received a call as soon as he pulled in the driveway. Gary, the driver, was friendly, professional and quick. Good sense of humor and established rapport immediately. They are in my phone contacts now for any time I need a tow!

I’ve been assigned PPT twice through AAA, once for a tow to the mechanic and once because I locked my keys in the car, and have nothing but positive things to say.

For the tow, I had to wait a couple hours for them to come but they were very clear about when they would arrive and very helpful once they got there.

Today, when I locked my keys in the car, they arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call and had me back in the car super quickly. The person who responded was very friendly too.

In my experience, they’ve done a great job making already annoying situations as stress free as possible.
