Water heater failed a few days ago and needed a replacement given the age of the unit. Came across Power Plumbing via online search and reached out for a quote. Fairly priced, easy communication, and had the new water heater installed the next day after agreeing on the price. Very pleased with the service so far and will use again.

1st time using Jim and I was very happy with his communication, availability, and work. He came out to replace a faucet and pot filler in my kitchen. He promptly responded to all messages and we easily set a time for the work - he was very flexible. When he got there, he was efficient and knocked it out quickly, with an eye for quality of work.
