Honest, timely, open communication during the entire process. Every major project is bound to have some hiccups, no one was to blame for any that popped up for us. When ever there was an issue Pool Designs corrected it immediately. From start to finish our project was completed in 30 days. The pool was in the ground the same day they dug. I would recommend trying them out if you're in the market for a fiberglass pool.

So we went into this with Pool Design not knowing anything about them and hoping for the best. Our current pool failed and they were the only ones that had pools in stock. Let me tell you we lucked out with them big time. Everyone and everything they did was highly professional, on time and as promised. Great crew. Louis was our on site person. He was like an admiral on an aircraft carrier. Everything was timed perfectly for a ONE DAY install. Sophia and Liz in the office could not have been more helpful. Juan who came to do the opening was a pleasure. Took his time with us explaining everything. We had to have our entire back yard redone due to a failing and old vinyl pool. Pool Designs was by far the best vendor of the three we used for this project. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new or replacement pool.

No BS. Excellent experience. Soup to nuts in 3 weeks, the bulk of which was actually one day. The rest was masonry, electric, inspections etc. People who take 6-10 months for a concrete pool that can be done with fiberglass for less money and 1/6th the time defies logic and intelligence.
PS - get the DARKEST color they offer. We've gone mid May - mid October the past 3 years in Central NJ with NO artificial heating. Everyone asks if the pool is heated. Nope, just 🌞! Save $$$.
