Honest family business. I have been morris county resident for 40 years & its porta soft i trust. I had recent problems & their tech solved issues by trouble shooting/ servicing my decade old equipment. Did not sell me on new units. Thats why when i do upgrade i will hoose them. Great to support local
business especially one that is honest & knowledgeable.

Portasoft of Morris County was great. Their sales rep Jim was quick to respond and set up an appointment to walk us through options. Then their install team calmly worked through some challenges we had with the plumbing in our home and the strict permit process in our town. And bottom line we’ve seen a huge difference in our water quality and what that’s done for our clothes, dishes and skin. Highly recommended for water install services.

We've been renting our unit from Portasoft since we moved in our new home in 2019. I was not used to dealing with hard water and have never needed a water softener until moving to our new home, so I was unfamiliar with how to use the system and Portasoft was great from day one in helping us understand how to use it properly. We finally had our first major issue with the system on Thanksgiving of 2023 and even with the holiday looming over us; Portasoft came out immediately to service our system at no additional charge. Alberto did a fantastic job troubleshooting the issues and replacing our unit. We are very happy all around with this service and cannot recommend Portasoft enough as a company.

Excellent company to work with. Jim was on time for our appointment and very professional. He used my private well test and one he took himself to determine what equipment I needed. Never once did he attempt to upsell me to something I didn't need.

The installation team was also very professional and friendly. They were on-time and did a fantastic job installing my new water softener and UV light. They showed me how everything works and even left an extra bag of salt.

Their prices are excellent for the service and quality you receive, and believe me, I shopped around before deciding on Portasoft of Morris County. I'll definitely do business with them again if the need arises.

I recently used Portasoft of Morris County to replace an existing water softener system in my home. I already had bought a Aquasure water softener system because it met my specs and had many excellent reviews on amazon. (I had bought it before I was referred to them-you can buy a system from them directly). I scheduled a install time w/Devin. I ended up having to re- schedule it. But it was no problem for her to accommodate me.

I'm a commercial /residential Realtor as well as a building developer and I work with many building contractors all the time. Mike & Sean showed up as promised and installed the system efficiently and very professionally. They further took the time to explain how the system operated. Price was very fair & reasonable and better than several quotes I got. Customer service and professionalism is very important to me. Both these guys should be commended. I only use referred contractors. My experience overall with this company was excellent and would not hesitate to refer them to my friends or clients for any commercial or residential water filtration or softener issues that need to be resolved.
