This was the first time we used this company and we are very satisfied our experience. Sal and Dom replaced an old gas valve for our clothes dryer. They also hooked up the washer. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. My total experience was great from the initial call to convenient multiple updates texted and, of course, the actual work performed. We'll done!

I cannot recommend Professor Gatsby’s Heating and Cooling any higher! They are amazing! They do great work, but the best part is their level of customer service. Their staff must all be trained in this area, because I have spoken with several technicians, office staff and management, and they cannot be any more professional, friendly and kind. They make you feel like you matter a great deal to them - probably because we really do.

This summer I had a number of issues with my central AC (they did not install it), which was still under warranty. I do live in a unique housing situation, which complicated the matter with different parties involved. While another company (J&J Mechanical) made it clear they couldn’t be bothered to help me unless I spent $8K on an entirely new AC system (that was still under warranty), Professor Gatsby’s, who was highly recommended to me, jumped in and were excellent! My situation involved the maintenance department where I live needing to rectify some other related issues before Professor Gatsby’s could resolve my AC issues once and for all. They had to come out to my home 3-4 times, but they hung in there with me, worked with my manufacturer’s warranty, and repaired the issue at a very reasonable cost. Due to their excellent work and service, I signed up for a plan with them, which is well worth it.

That leads me to today, when Joe came out to service my heating system. Joe was very professional and friendly. His work is both efficient and thorough. I was even more impressed with his follow through when a few minutes after he left, there was a knock on my door. Joe had been reviewing photos of my heating system and he saw something that could’ve potentially been a problem, so he came right back to double-check it himself in person. The issue turned out fine, but I was just so impressed with Joe’s follow-through and strong work ethic.

If you ever need service for heating, cooling, or plumbing, skip all the others and give Professor Gatsby’s a call. You will be happy you did - they are honest, reasonably priced, and do great work with a smile.

Professor Gatsby is always quick and efficient! I called around 8am and John came by 10am to check out my heater that randomly stopped working. He thoroughly checked it out & made sure it was safe and got it back up and running. Also gave me some things to think about for the future and what else may be needed soon but never pressured me & explained everything completely! Super nice and understanding! Have used PG before and will again!
