I just want to follow up on my review from yesterday, the owner contacted me personally and apologized and has attempted to make things right. There was a miscommunication with the price of the garbage disposal. The price that she quoted me over the phone just now was much more reasonable. I am satisfied with the customer service I have received today regarding what happened yesterday. I am open to using this company again after talking to her today.

After purchasing my home, I was recommended Sheehan Plumbing by my realtor to have the pipes inspected and to get some advice and estimates for necessary work. I scheduled a visit, but unfortunately, an unexpected power loss occurred just before their arrival, preventing the inspection from taking place.

Following this, I received an unexpected invoice via email for $500, and when I reviewed the billing, I noticed I was being charged for camera work that had not been completed. This prompted me to call the company to request that they come back and perform the work that wasn’t done.

To my surprise, they charged me an additional $299 for this second visit, bringing the total bill for both visits to $799. It's important to note that this was merely for inspection and advice, with no repairs actually made. Additionally, I asked for an estimate on a malfunctioning garbage disposal and received a quote of over $700 for replacement, which I also find to be quite high.

Although I was initially inclined to follow my realtor's advice and stick with this plumbing company, I now feel quite cheated. As a result, I will need to seek estimates from other companies for my plumbing needs moving forward.

Sheehan Plumbing always does an excellent job! I have used them several times over the years and highly recommend them!

I should have just paid more on the spot but was expecting a much higher bill. Thank you for the kind caring service!

I called to get information about having an outdoor water access for my horse and donkeys. Gillian was very helpful in setting up an appointment with Joe who came out to our house very quickly. When he arrived he also was very pleasant and informative. After giving us a quote to achieve our wishes we approved his plan and will be going forward very soon. So far I am very pleased with my experience with Sheehan Connection!!!!
