Choosing this company for my carpeting was the best decision I could have made. Service and quality are excellent! The installation was fast, clean and efficiently done by experts who were not only competent but kind and courteous. I will definitely be back as I complete other areas of my home.
Went in to pick some carpet for our living room. Doug was very courteous with his time and the staff is amazing. The warehouse guy, William, was extremely helpful with giving his honest opinion on our choices and leading us to what would work best (with 4 kids, I need something to hold up) He gave us the best options and the overall pricing was fantastic. The installers, Robert especially, were great in handling my crazy house...... Including our very big, but affectionate dog. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with our new floors and would recommend this store and crew to anyone looking for new flooring that's of good quality and affordable. We also got an area rug for our kitchen and now our dog has a comfy spot to lay on when she's (im)patiently waiting for dinner😉
The service after purchase is quite poor. The carpet I purchased was nice and I have not had a problem with wear or materials. After several years, the carpet (fibers) still looks good so I am please with its quality. The reason my rating is so poor is the lack of response to service now that I have bought the carpet. One of the rooms they installed carpet in needs stretching badly. I have been trying for almost as long as I have owned the carpet to get someone from Kepple's to come out and stretch it. I have been promised a call back from several different people and have never received one. Meanwhile, the problem just gets worse. So, the carpet they sell seems good and they installed it on time. But any service thereafter seems nonexistent. (Two stars would be one except for the quality of the carpet itself.)

Now that it has been about a year since I posted my review, you are, needless to say late. I tried for over a year to get a response from you by calling and leaving multiple requests for you to get back to me. THEN I posted this review. A year after that, you decide to respond.
(By the way, it has been eight years now since I bought the carpet. The carpet needed stretching only about a couple of years after that.)
I finally found someone else who stretched carpets and came out to fix the problem. He did a good job. but after all that time I was left with a slight line showing because it had been so long.
My thoughts on your customer service have not improved.
