I just moved to the area, and we lost power. I haven't connected my wood stove yet. I called around for 6" black chimney pipe, and everyone was closed. D&W was open and had everything I needed. Because of them, our house was warm while we had no power. Greatfull for the help.
D&W was here today, March 26 2024 to do a routine cleaning of the chimney for our oil burner. The technician, a professional and competent guy of about 40 arrived with a younger helper on time at 9am. The tech was friendly and patient explaining his plan and the two worked efficiently to disassemble the exhaust stack and clean the chimney.
Then, they went to the roof with their own ladders and checked the cap and seal, even taking photos to show my wife and I the conditions. They offered advice on how to address and also explained why what they saw looked ok for now.
I’m very impressed with D&W, a great local chimney maintenance group and will definitely use them again.
I was very happy with overall experience! I was able to get a quick appointment and showed up on time! The fellow was very thorough with pictures of the chimney chase cover condition and fixed my one cap another chimney company didn't affix back correctly. Inspected the chase and flue indicating conditions and timeline to come back in future to reinspect/clean, if needed. Upfront, honest and overall very happy with service! I recommend and will use them in the future. I'm so glad I called D&W v the other chimney services that never called back or kept delaying for 3 months saying will come next week.
Excellent. One very happy customer here. Very knowledgeable staff, quick responses. I think it took less than 24 hours by the time I went in to have the doors installed. Plus they look amazing. It is always better to support family run businesses when you can. I highly recommend them.
