Brian was very friendly, punctual, informative, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and helpful. The thick carpet he helped me pick out not only looks terrific, but it is the most comfortable rug imaginable! It's awesome to walk on! The installers did a fine job putting it in. It was very helpful and practical that Brian came to visit the house multiple times so that I could show him things, ask him questions, and put samples in various locations. I'm glad I went with Family Carpets.
I am delighted with this company. They installed carpets in my home many years ago and the carpets still look new. They recently installed carpeting in my office which looks fabulous.
