Molly was exceptionally helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right lighting solutions. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided great recommendations based on my needs. She even provided her cell phone number as the store would be closed over an holiday when I should be receiving the lights. Ordering was easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

When my wife and I moved to the US from the UK, we brought a favorite lamp with us. Despite extensive research and experimentation, including bringing the lamp to another lamp repair shop, we could not find a bulb to fit properly or come up with an alternative solution and so we brought the lamp to Genie Lighting in Medford.
We were delighted when they managed to adapt the lamp for US use while retaining the original features and shade. Not only did they save our lamp for us but the price was extremely reasonable. We recommend them highly and will certainly use them in future.
