I had a wonderful experience so far. Usman and team stepped up to be my property managers (I had to let go of my previous ones for lack of responsiveness and communication). The team was able to be in premise and responde to a major repair. So far so good communicating and getting our tenants taken care of, while still providing support to us as home owners. All this comes super handy as we are military stationed away from NJ. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a tenant moving in and needed some work done ASAP. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We had a new front door installed along with the old security door. They covered the side windows along the front door for better security. It looks amazing. Thank You!
It was a pleasure working with Usman and his team. They helped me with rehabbing my parents home and then finding tenants for it. Usman is very knowledgable about real estate and is very solutions oriented. Every month I receive monthly accounting statements about the income and expenses. I couldn’t be happier with choosing them to manage my property.

Any issues I’ve come across, April has been a huge help.. especially with me being out of state. April consistently communicates effectively and in a timely manner. April has been wonderful to work with! I needed to have a few minor repairs made during my time renting here and she was prompt and made sure it was all taken care of. All in all I had a great experience renting with Remax.
