The Fireplace People were a home run! They had great product selection and were knowledgeable and professional. I had no experience in this area but they walked me through the process. Installation was a breeze. We are enjoying the fireplace almost every day.
My Frye fire logs in birch are perfect... the new burner with the remote is a dream. I prepped and painted the fire box in black and glass door trim. This week the firebox corner will be all tiled in a fluted ivory marble; I'm so excited. It was installed right before Christmas last year. The Fireplace People were very friendly and helpful. We were looking for an electric fireplace insert, and the showroom provided so many styles and sizes to choose from.
