The storage unit is very good and allows one to access it with the passcode most of the time, even during weekends when no one is at work. However, their advertisement of "first month free" is false, which brings my rate from 5 stars down to 3. I started the rental on 11/12 and scheduled to move out on 12/10, but I ended up paying $240.
Upon online reservation, I was asked to pay $66.31 immediately. And then on 12/1, I got a bill of $173.70, which confused me a lot. I went to their office and asked the person working there, who told me that $173.70 was for the rental of November, and the "first free month" meant December, which was actually the "second" month. So then he told me that there is no hurry for me to move out on 12/10 as I had the unit free until the end of December, so I did and planned to later end the rental online following his advice.
However, I could not find the lease ending option at the online portal and made a call on 12/26. The person on the phone then told me that I had to notify them 13 days in advance so there would be a follow-up bill for the 8 days that extended into January. I mean, WHAT? On the next Monday (12/29), I drove to the Storage office to end the rental and everything worked out smoothly. I asked specifically about the remaining bill and got a confirmative "no", which was a relief.
Overall, the experience was a mixture of ease, satisfaction, disappointment, confusion, and deception. The unit is a solid 5 stars, but the service is at most 2.
Jeremy is such a breath of fresh air, very attentive and charismatic. You can tell he takes pride in his work, which shines through his work ethics. Such a pleasant experience and clean facility. I highly recommend!!
The experience is amazing, very professional and quick process. There’s no sign of worry for anything. Very thorough rundown on how things work and run in the facility.
I recommend if you’re looking for fair pricing and respectful, kind, people to keep your belongings safe!

Jeremy and Jason were very professional and knowledgeable the amount of time they took to create a personalized experience was wonderful. They answered all my questions concerns and showed me around the facility. It was very clean and the staff was very professional. I'm going to recommend this facility to all my friends and family. I have been using storage for some time and this was by far the best facility.
