Sonic and Donna were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Both spent several hours imparting their vast experience and wisdom and tolerating my incessant questions.

I've rented gear from them and purchased several pieces of equipment at their loft, including a rig. I am very happy to have met them, and would highly recommend them to anyone in the sport.

Sonic and Donna went out of their way to make sure I get the best rate and size on my gear. I bought all my gear from them. They answered all my questions perfectly.
I never could fit in to the x small cookie helmet which was my actual true size, and I planned to buy the medium size. Sonic, guided me how to wear the helmet right and since then, I could fit in to the x small size perfectly.
The customer service is excellent and I will make sure to buy my future gear from them when I am ready to downsize. They are basically the best in the business. Thank you Sonic and Donna for everything! 🫶🏻

I went to Skydive the Ranch a couple years ago for the sole purpose of visiting the Pro shop and getting fitted for a custom helmet. I experienced exceptional customer from Sonic and Donna. They were so great, had a fantastic selection of gear and accessories and offered really good deals that I bought a few more items. Over the years I have always been more than satisfied with my dealings with the Pro Shop and it’s proprietor’s that my only complaint is that they are too far from where I live and my home DZ for me to buy baby buy!!

Sonic and Donna have some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in any industry. From my very first rig and everything I’ve bought since then, they have given me honest advice and guidance. There have been numerous points at which they could guide me to a more expensive product, but they have always given me the knowledge to make an educated decision on what would fit my needs, even if thats a less expensive option. They sell the best gear, they provide the best customer service, but most of all, they have the safety of their customers and the skydiving community as their top priority.

Sonic and Donna and everyone who work in the shop are extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. As a beginner, new to the sport they took a good deal of time to explain things and answer my endless questions. They were friendly and generous with their time. I was thrilled with my first brand new rig and super grateful that Sonic did a thorough inspection of a used main canopy that I wanted to purchase. They never pressured me to buy unnecessary expensive gear and made great suggestions along the way. I love the Pro Shop and I love my sky family!
