Our marketing firm has worked with DFX for two years now in regard to our 2-day signature event. DFX handled all A/V requirements for multiple keynote presentations and event production (screens, gobo/lighting, sound/microphones, recordings, etc.). This year's event took place last week, and it brought DFX's professionalism and poise to new levels. Our A/V system was up and running after several hours of work from the crew, but the projector fan failed unexpectedly less than two hours from showtime. The guys very patiently helped troubleshoot over the phone as they returned to New Jersey from my site in Philadelphia; when it became clear that an entirely new projector was needed, they immediately rerouted their evening to pick up a new projector, return to my event, and install the new machine with minutes to spare before the guests arrived. Bravo, DFX!
