Brought my dog there in the middle of the night with seizures, was seen immediately by the staff and the front desk even checked me in while I was driving there! Everyone was amazing, from the front desk, doctors and techs, even the janitorial staff tried to help me while we were there. Doctor spent a lot of time with us, explained the diagnosis, treatment options and costs. The doggie was stabilized, thoroughly checked and we were able to go home with some medications! Thank you!

Genuinely the best experience you can ask for when dealing with a pet. My amazing mother is apart of this beautiful team of extraordinary doctors and techs. I unfortunately could not be there in the time of need for my dog as I am stationed away in the Army. Chi Chi been with me since I was 8 years old!!! I’m 19 now!! The quick action team took my dog and father underneath there wing and gave her the best care. I was worried sick about not being able too see my Chi Chi, but this amazing staff made sure she was bright eyed and bushy tailed. The surgery insanely smooth and chi chi is healing super well! I could not thank this staff enough for their insanely hard work. this field is insanely emotional and difficult you guys are the real hero’s, I could not recommend this place more, thank you everyone involved in Chi Chi case

My cat Buster had a sudden seizure and passed away in front of me the other night. After trying to do cpr, I rushed to mt Laurel animal hospital to find out why my precious, perfect, healthy 10 year old kitty passed. They took him back as soon as I walked in the door. The vet came to talk to me. I didn’t get her name, but she was so kind and provided me with potential reasons for his sudden passing which helped to give me some closure. Then Aubrey came in when I was done holding my baby for the last time. She was incredibly compassionate. She clipped his hair and put it in a vial for me and did his paw print. She said she made sure to include all of his different fur coloring in the vial. She asked me if I wanted a hug and I declined because I was so emotional. I wish I did. Thank you to the young vet and Aubrey for helping me through one of the hardest nights of my life. RIP my precious Buster 2/23/15-11/18/25

Today was a very hard day for me, I had to make a decision to put my sweet angel Daisy down. She had an aggressive form of cancer and she was not going to get any better. From the moment we walked in to Mount Laurel Animal Hospital we were greeted by very friendly And compassionate employees. The technicians the doctors made a very difficult choice and decision a little bit easier. I can’t thank them enough for the compassion and love they gave us Angel Daisy. They did not rush us. They gave us as much time as we needed, and they sent us home with a paw print And a vial of her hair. Even though this was a difficult decision and a difficult choice to make, we were at peace because they made us feel so comfortable and they were so caring. I will no longer go nowhere else, but Mount Laurel For my other dog. Thank you so much for making a difficult day a little easier.

Our three kitties had to be treated at the ER for eating a lily and the team at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital were all wonderful. Dr. Snock was the doctor that admitted all three cats and he got them all started on the recommended treatment in time for our kitties to be able to make a full recovery. Each day I spoke over the phone with various veterinarians and they were all patient and understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions. We received photos of our kitties that spent the night and updates on their status. Our final visit was with Dr. McCarthy, Jamie and Robyn, and it was great to be able to talk with them and it is apparent that they cared a lot for our kitties and I am so appreciative of the time everyone took to make sure our cats pulled through. I am grateful to have an emergency vet close by, and that I was able to walk out with all three of my kitties in good health.
