Your pet is family. When something goes terribly wrong it's essential that you pick the best. I called Red Bank before I drove Buddy an hour for treatment. From the minute the comforting voice answered the phone to the day I picked him back up I was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. They treated our dog as if he were their own. We were a wreck and they kept us up to date and fully informed. They recognized the issue immediately and did their best to treat him appropriately. I felt confident in their care. I know I wouldn't have come home with our 13 yr old Shih tzu if it weren't for the experience of this staff. Buddy will require additional treatment and I will be continuing his care in this facility because I want the very best for him. Thank you Red Bank Veterinary Hospital for your amazing stuff and for being there 24hour. Especially when time is of the essence. Blessings to each and every one of you because you saved our baby's life.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Trust the whole staff with other pets lives. Other doctors kept saying nothing was wrong with our dog while his health deteriorated. But Red Bank was able to save him and he’s living his best life again. Can’t thank them again for saving our boy.

Doctor Lindsey was very helpful and informative. We didn't have to wait for staff to take our 6 year old cat back to triage and soon after, Doctor Lindsey came to speak with us. She was kind and patient, and she allowed us to ask all of our questions without feeling rushed. After blood work and X-rays from another facility showed nothing was obviously wrong, she told us she thought it was neurological. There wasn't much that could be done at Red Bank on a Saturday morning, as there was no neurologist on site, but we did set an appointment up for Monday so more testing could be done. We ended up canceling those tests because our baby declined when we got him home that day. Thanks to Doctor Lindsey, when he destabilized, we knew to find a facility that had a neurologist. He had an MRI that showed he had a large tumor, so they ordered tests to determine if he had cancer or an infection. It was cancer. By Tuesday, after 3 nights I'm the hospital, we made the decision to let him pass with dignity. It was one of the most difficult decisions of life, but my sweet boy was suffering terribly and I did not want his pain to continue. Thanks to Red Bank and specifically Doctor Lindsey, he did not suffer as long as he could have, had we not known that his illness was in his brain. All the staff we talked to that morning, from the women who registered us, to the techs who came with small updates, to Doctor Lindsey, were kind and understanding. Doctor Lindsey called to check up on him Saturday evening and asked us to keep her posted because she really cared about our little love. There are several emergency hospitals in the same area, and I'm grateful to have made our way to Red Bank. The cost was reasonable and we were treated with respect.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to the entire staff at Red Bank. From the moment we walked in, I knew my pup was in amazing hands. Unfortunately, my 12 year old little best friend caught leptospirosis and needed to be taken in immediately. Dr DiBenedetto and his staff took incredible care of my girl who needed to be in isolation and immediate meds to recover. He called regularly with updates on how she was doing and providing full transparency on all costs associated with her recovery. Thankfully, Dezzy was able to see improvements in her health and after almost 4 days was discharged. The staff (shoutout to Gabbie) gave me a full rundown of all the medicine and things to be done in the days after my dogs release. We came back for routine bloodwork to keep an eye on her recovery. All in all, I truly believe the loving nature of the staff at Red Bank is what kept my pup alive and going. I’ll forever be grateful to them!

Talulah was referred by our veterinarian because he knew she was in serious trouble and he was unable to diagnose it anymore. We also were fairly sure that she was dying but the details that Red Bank pursued in a 24 hour period saved her from a terrible death that was imminent. I am so grateful that Red Bank worked all night diagnosing her swiftly .and Stabilized her during the night. We brought her home the next day and had our final “off leash walks “ food she loved and said our long goodbyes. We cuddled her and never left her side . Two days later “Lap Of Love “ came . Dr Ashley Cottingham was kind and gentle so helpful.
Our grief is like all of those who love animals as much or more than humans . It is never easy but our animals need us all I be there for them in the end . We owe them so much for their unconditional love and a peaceful end of life is our duty. RIP Talulah .
