Incredible work today from Steam Hippo. The care and time that they took in cleaning my couches and rug was impressive and absolutely exceeded expectations. It’s so clear they truly care about their craft and translate that into care for my home. I felt the price I paid was quite reasonable for the amount of time they were here and how clean they were able to get everything. At the end of the appointment, they shared tips with me on maintaining the clean which I appreciated. Will absolutely be having them back again!

I wish I could give Steam Hippo 10 stars. From the moment I called to book, everything felt effortless. Alexandra picked up on the second ring, asked smart questions about my 8-year-old wool rug and the red wine stain on my cream sofa, and quoted a fair price with zero hidden fees.
The crew (Izik and Arte) arrived EXACTLY on time—8:55 a.m. for a 9:00 slot. They slipped on clean shoe covers before stepping on my hardwood. I loved that they walked me through every step: pre-vacuum with a HEPA commercial vac, spot-test for colorfastness, then the steam extraction that literally removed years of dog hair and grime out of my rug. You could see the dirty water in the tank turn charcoal gray. Gross but SO satisfying!
I loved the eco-friendly citrus pre-spray they used on the sofa. The fabric dried in under 2 hours with zero chemical smell. My living room smells like a spa now.
