We had a pipe burst in our Yardley PA home while we were away, causing flooding in our kitchen and basement. Ramon went around with a moisture meter and found all the damaged areas. He was helpful and explained everything to us. Setup many fans and equipment to dry out the area, cut out sheet rock and hauled away, kept a very clean area, left no mess behind. Thanks!

Tyler and Ramon were out to service our flooded basement and they were professional and extremely responsive. I could text anytime and they would get back to you right away. They did a great job drying the basement and getting all the water out. I would recommend this company, and these guys again!
After being distressed by the drama surrounding a gushing hot water heater and getting a remedy underway; my next call was to ServePro. I received a return call from Jacob within minutes of my after-hours inquiry. He showed up at my home early the next morning to do a thorough assessment and render an estimate. Within 2 hours a team came out to get the drying process started. Rick and his associate were reassuring, polite, and very expedient as they worked. In addition, they had to work along side the other team here to install the new hot water heater. Everyone worked in a professional and very coordinated way together to meet my needs and get the job done. To top it off, Rick left me with his cell phone so that if there was any problem during the weekend I could call him directly. It really does not get any better than that.
