There's not enough positive things that I can see about Venessa's work ethic, warm heart and optimistic attitude! She's super professional, always willing to go out of her way to help me and my family and always does it while wearing a smile! I'd highly recommend renting at Racquet Club as the apartments are very spacious, the property is very clean and the rest of the office staff is very knowledgeable and welcome!

Venessa is an amazing person! Super easy to interact with, very patient and goes above and beyond to take care of myself and all other residents, prospects and contractors! She never makes me feel bad or shows frustration no matter how annoying all of my questions may be. The office itself is very clean and the rest of the staff is very approachable and welcoming!!! The apartment I have is large, clean and quiet. There are tennis courts, pool and a fitness center and NO PESTS and safe! Not a fan of carpet and the occasional smells from other people cooking, but it’s definitely great for the price you pay.
