We worked with Rich Mair for a few months trying to find our first home in New Jersey. He was patient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We thought we had found our dream home and he helped us find the appropriate vendors to look at the electrical, fireplaces and plumbing of an older home. We realized that the house had more work than we were willing to take on as new homeowners. He was calm, trustworthy and understanding while we continued our search. We found the most perfect home for our family that was even more beautiful than the first house. He helped me and my husband find a home that worked for both of our specific requests. Agent Kevin Mickens is personable, professional, and responsive. He knows the market. He knows, from a seller's and buyer's perspective, what makes a good deal and what will close a deal.

Using the market analysis, his personal knowledge of the area, and our input, we decided on a listing price. Then, as Kevin suggested, prospective buyers were allowed to tour our house while we were readying it for sale--painting, changing hardware and fixtures, landscaping. An above listing offer came within 4 days! Although that offer did not workout, it confirmed the listing price and market we in our favor.

Although other offers were presented, we were being advised by team of Kevin, his broker, and our attorney to wait until after the open house to review them. We had multiple offers. The team helped us chose the best one, which, by the way, was not the highest. Kevin's constant communication, suggestions, and professionalism were the key to our positive sale experience.
