Missy was amazing for us! We met her by chance as she was the randomly assigned agent from Zillow for a house we initially were interested in. She was upfront with us, patient, and honest. We felt like we clicked with her right away. Even though the first house didn’t pan out, she didn’t pressure us or bother us. She let us work at our pace, even with the unknown if we were going to move or not. On our second potential house, missy was quickly able to get us in to view, and starting from 0 she was able to meet the sellers offer deadline for us. Then, wasn’t upset when the numbers didn’t work for us. She was kind, very knowledgeable, and her connections with the local agents helped us get a leg up in this intense market. Eventually we found a house, and Missy was right there with us to get us in, write the offer, and advocate for our story. She not only was able to help us buy, but she was aggressive when it came to selling our house. She was spot on with the markets pricing, honest with the work that needed to be completed, and had connections to help us get it all done within a short timeframe. After closing on the house, Missy and her office staff, stayed in touch, and have been stellar with everything. I would highly recommend Missy and her office for all your real estate needs!

We are beyond grateful for Missy and everything she did to help us become homeowners. Back in 2022, she first tried to guide us through the buying process, but at the time things didn’t work out the way we anticipated due to our own circumstances and the housing market. Missy was respectful, patient, and understanding of our need to step back… even though she had already poured her time, gas, travel, energy, and knowledge into trying to help us. That alone spoke volumes about her professionalism and heart.

When the conversation came up again in 2025 about upgrading our apartment into a house rental, she gently suggested we look into purchasing a home instead. Honestly, I had so many doubts in my head — I truly believed homeownership might never be possible for us. If I had listened to those doubts, we wouldn’t be sitting here today, 5 months later, in a house we absolutely fell in love with and now get to call home.

Throughout the entire process, Missy was encouraging, incredibly knowledgeable, and never once pressured us. What made the biggest impact was how much she believed in us even when we struggled to believe in ourselves.

Even now, months after closing, she still checks in, celebrates our milestones, and loves seeing the projects we’ve started, the summer parties we’ve hosted, and the life and love we’re building here. That kind of lasting care and connection is rare, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. Missy isn’t just a realtor — she’s someone who truly invests in her clients and their dreams.
