Lauren originally helped my husband purchase this home while starting a new chapter in his life, and when it came time to sell, there was no question that he wanted to work with her again—and we’re so glad we did. Together, Lauren and Marc went truly above and beyond to help us sell our home.

Our home sold quickly, and when the initial sale unexpectedly fell through, they didn’t give up. They stayed positive, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and ultimately helped bring the original buyers back to the table with an offer we were happy to accept. Their dedication and perseverance meant everything to us during a stressful time.

Lauren and Marc went far beyond what we ever expected and what really set them apart was the care they showed after we had already moved out of state. Michael and I had the opportunity to work with Lauren and Marc to find a new home in Connecticut. We were moving from Arizona so there were time zone management and other challenges brought on by being so far away. From the initial interview we were immediately impressed and we agreed to all work together. It's funny but both Michael and I are in Real Estate in Arizona, but it took that initial interview to learn that we are single family home people, not condo people because with all we have going on we're too loud. Thanks Marc and Lauren because you were right! They searched for properties that met our criteria and were available to tour at times when we could fly in. They held our hands all the way and we learned about the many differences in AZ versus CT real estate practises. They referred great people who always contacted us immediately! Lauren has a sixth sense about things and that prooved to be quite helpful too. We wrote an offer on a house that had 3 other buyers and she counseled us so well we got over the finish line. She and Marc are still aiding us today with referrals for services we need. I hope we all stay in touch. They are really wonderful people who know their stuff!

Marc and Lauren are the absolute best in the biz. When my husband and I decided we wanted to sell what was originally my childhood home, we didn't have a solid reference from friends/family for a realtor. We did a google search which led us to fantastic reviews for The Seigel Team. In my mind, I figured two is way better than one, and Marc and Lauren lived up to that expectation!
Marc and Lauren came out quickly to see our home and walk us through the selling process. Immediately we felt like we were working with family. They are hilarious on the surface, but so kind and caring and knowledgeable about their industry deep down. They were completely empathetic throughout our entire journey together- which at first resulted in a long pause while we got more secure on our feet as a new family of three. Two years after our initial meeting, we were finally ready to actually put our house on the market and the Seigel Team was ready to get to work immediately. Lauren and Marc worked with us for months to help prepare our house to sell including providing a decluttering guide, identifying areas that needed to be addressed before listing, staging our home, and walking us through every step of the process with their trademark wit. Their team extends to excellent legal representation that helped us clear up a property dispute and made closing on our sale and new purchase a breeze as well as an inspector who is top of the line in both evaluating a property and making recommendations for future maintenance/upkeep. Coming from a home I had lived in for most of my life, this was especially valuable.
Since we've moved, Marc and Lauren have continued to stay in touch including coming over to see how we're settling in. I highly recommend Marc and Lauren for all of your real estate needs!
