The absolute best building in Prospect.
I had the opportunity to spend time in the JVP Building and it definitely stands out. The upstairs office spaces are comfortable and practical, perfect for getting work done without any hassle. Downstairs, the small retail shops add a nice touch, offering a variety of interesting items. The building, which has been around since the 80s, is remarkably well-kept. The staff are both friendly and efficient, contributing to a smooth experience overall. For anyone looking for a straightforward and pleasant office or retail space, the JVP Building is a great choice.
We rented at the JVP building for 5 years, and we love them. They are honest and inexpensive. They always addressed any issues immediately.
