We contracted with Judie to sell our home in Connecticut after moving out of state. She was an absolute godsend!! She kept us fully informed every step of the way, and when our first buyer fell through, she picked up the pieces, re-listed immediately for us, assured us things would be fine, and had another buyer for us within a few weeks. With our being so far away, she kept tabs on the property, communicated with the attorney when we had trouble reaching him, and I swear, she knew real estate law better than anyone! She kept in touch with us at least weekly, even when there wasn’t anything to report. I cannot say enough about her work ethic and her willingness to go above and beyond when needed!
