Atlantic Pointe Apartments

We have lived in Atlantic Pointe for 4 years now. I have to say the maintenance team really goes above and beyond for the residence. Whenever we have an issue, they are so quick to respond and fix any problem we might have immediately. They work great with our schedule and are so accommodating. They make living here a lot better! Thank you to Jerrick and the maintenance team!

I have been happily living at Atlantic Pointe for more than four years. The apartments are very well maintained, and the maintenance team does an excellent job of keeping the property clean and looking great. Jarek and team are incredibly quick at responding to maintenance requests. We had an issue with one of our toilets a few months ago and the time between submitting a request for maintenance and full repair was maybe an hour, at most. Attentive service is one of the best aspects of living here. The grounds, amenities, and peace and quiet are also a huge plus. Oh, and all the wonderful dogs, too! It’s a very dog friendly community.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, and Jarek and the rest of the maintenance team go above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect working order. That kind of reliability makes such a big difference when choosing where to live.

The location is another huge advantage. You’re only minutes away from the beach, the marina, local restaurants, and the ferry into NYC. It combines the charm of living by the shore with the convenience of easy commuting. Whether you want a quiet evening at home or quick access to shops, trails, and the waterfront, you get the best of both worlds here.

Overall, Atlantic Pointe has exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, community, and convenience so well. I’ve lived here for 13 years and I love where I live. Joyce ln the office and Jerry in maintenance have always been helpful and professional. Service and/or repair requests are handled quickly. When the water heater went it was replaced within 8 hours The repair was clean and neat. Same when the air conditioner and refrigerator failed.
The complex is well maintained and snow removal is fast.
Most of the residents are friendly and courteous but there are bad apples everywhere and the management seems to handle issues to the best of their abilities

Atlantic Point is truly home! The property is beautiful, and the team here makes it even better. Jarek, the maintenance manager, is a true gentleman—always helpful without hesitation. Joyce, the property manager, is a class act—she’s quick to take care of anything that comes up and always goes above and beyond. Together, they make an amazing team. Every time I drive in, I’m grateful to live here.
