I'm thoroughly impressed with the improvements Ron has made to our building. Since he took over, the gym has been rebuilt, the pool area has been upgraded, and the overall maintenance has been exceptional. I used to think Beacon Mill was just okay, but now it's a fantastic place to live. Ron's management has truly transformed the community, and I'm so grateful to call this place home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartments with historic charm and great staff. The manager and maintenance guys are great, and all of my neighbors have been very quiet and kind.

Absolutely love living here, management (Tiia and Denise) are amazing, super helpful and really care about the tenants. Lovely neighbors and beautiful surroundings. And the maintenance crew is the best as well!

    Love my loft here.

Historic building within a historic town. Its a quiet small town, but not as secluded as people would make you think living in "The Valley". Easy access to the highway if needed, PD, FD, and post office within walking as well as a few great restaurants. They also just had a 3 day carnival at the FD along with a parade down N. Main.

Back to my loft. Where else are you going to have 17.5 ft ceilings? Really cool space. I've been here a year and am about to renew and I still just love the peace I have looking at the characteristics of this place. I tried to include some multi-seasonal multi-time of day photos. Exposed timber, brick, fairly big grounds to walk around (multiple buildings)... I also love the landscaping. I'm surprised at the foliage and flower selection. AND THE HAVE DUCKS!!

I moved in right before they had a transition in management, although I never had any issues with the individuals no longer here. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

Maintenance and Ashley the property manager are on point. For real. I actually just emailed her this week letting her know I have lived in NJ, NYC, CT, and she is the first property manager I don't get anxiety having to speak with. The minor items I contacted either her or maintenance about have been responded to and addressed / resolved in a matter of hours at most.

Pet friendly building. Plenty of doggie bag dispensers on the property.

I work from home, so I have many hours in my apartment to report on. Nothing in life is perfect, but a year later I am still excited to be home here.

I have lived here for about 1.5 years. Neighbors are very friendly. Office staff are awesome! Utilities are a little bit higher due to the 15 foot or so ceilings. Winter of 2018 was $300 average in the coldest months. Central Air and heating. KItchens are great. Wish the dumpsters were closer. But I love living here.
